    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at County of Sonoma.

    Interview

It was done over the phone by two folks as I did not have the ability to come in. They discussed what kind of past work I had done that would allow me to get this position and shat i brought to the table. I heard a lot of questions in regards to how i worked with others and how I created equity. I felt they were pressing to be sure i was aware of the folks that live in Sonoma county.
