Coupa was founded in 2006 by two restless innovators who knew there was a better way to help companies manage their spending.

They’d build it entirely for the cloud so that it could be deployed quickly. They’d make it easy to use so that customers’ employees would actually use it. They’d make it easy to manage so that procurement pros could buy smarter, save more and devote more time to important initiatives.

    I have been working at Coupa Software Inc full-time


    People are great, platform is great and if you perform you have the opportunity for advancement either vertically or horizontally into a new role. Solid exec staff that is assertive but not arrogant, all while being humble. They have managed to keep the culture amazing even though growth has been rapid.

    If you have a chance to work here do not pass it up, on top of everything the platform/service is something every company in the world needs and drives a real, believable long as we continue to execute he sky is the limit.


    No cons, just continue to monitor culture as we grow, done a great job so far!

    I applied online. I interviewed at Coupa Software Inc.


    I had submitted my resume online and after 3 weeks got a mail from a Software Architect who works at the company. He told me he had an internship position and wanted to talk to me. He fixed a time but failed to call. After twice postponing, he finally called and we had a talk. He told he will discuss with the teams and let me know. Three weeks passed and there was no response. He didn't even reply to any of my follow up mails. I took it that he wasn't interested. I don't mind that part as maybe I wasn't good enough for Coupa nor am I writing this review as revenge or anything. It is my basic right to be informed about the result of an interview. The way I was treated shows how a current employee below my interviewer in the hierarchy would be treated. A person who does not respect his juniors would never have the right character. I do not aim to leave derogatory comments about the company rather about the attitude of the recruiters there. i btw got a job in another company in the 3rd week after the Coupa interview and I feel thankful I didn't have to work under or come in contact with such a person in this company which would have been inevitable since the company has only 500-1000 employees.
