I have been working at Couristan full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Couristan is an industry leader. Their products are at the forefront of style and trendsin the marketplace. Benefits at the company are good. The Cigna healthcare is great.

    Cons

Family owned. Two brothers that own the company care more about themselves then their employees. The company doesn't match a 401K.

    Advice to Management

Start valuing your employees and rewarding them more for their work and dedication

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Couristan in September 2010.

    Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Dont trust the recruiter is in your best interest. I had to side step them because they were lying to me and trying to get me to sign to offer letter saying "that I would taken care of on the other side." They wanted me to take the job at lesser pay to make my potential employer happy.
