    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Courts (Kuching, Sarawak (Malaysia)) in January 2013.

    Interview

There were two interview stages. The first stage is with Area Sales Manager and the second is with Country Operations Manager. Both are held roughly 1 month apart. Basically, they are trying their best to judge my management and sales capabilities to manage the branch. Overall, it was a great experience.
