    I worked at Covance full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Everyone I worked with were very knowledgeable and great group of people. I also liked their benefits as there were many choices.

    Cons

    As I enjoyed working at covance, it wasn't easy advancing up to a line manager. They had management openings but required two plus years experience; there was only one management opening for those who had no managerial experience with 20 people applying for it.
