I have been working at Covance full-time (More than 5 years)

Everyone works together to achieve a common set of goals. It is great to work amongst so many talented and motivated people.

Never ending workload means down time can be hard to come by. Health insurance changing and increasing in cost. A little behind on the use of technology.

    Advice to Management

Invest in technology to streamline and and support the employees to get there job done more efficiently.
