    I have been working at Covance full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The people are really great to work with and the environment is nice due to that.

    Cons

    There is no opportunity for advancement, once you are hired they already know if they are ever going to advance you or not. The attendance policy is horrible and there is no help at all with it.

    Advice to Management

    They need to help everyone to advance and not use favoritism or politics in the workplace for advancement it should be on your work and being here everyday.
