I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Covenant Health (Texas) (Lubbock, TX) in Sep 2019

    Interview

First, I did a virtual interview and then a recruiter called me in for an in-person interview. The interviewers were a bit too relaxed in my opinion and not very professional. I got a call back saying they loved me but offered the job to someone else.

How would I handle conflict with a coworker that is higher than me in rank?
