I have been working at Covenant Health (Texas) full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Faith Based culture, friendly staff throughout, lots of long term employees, transparent leadership, great benefits, quality care, opportunities to move up.

    Cons

salaries could be improved, staffing sometimes can be a challenge in nursing, respiratory care, PT/OT, EVS, food service

    Advice to Management

ensure you are consistently reviewing salaries/benefits across the continuum, from entry level to upper management to stay competitive so your long term employees don't stray and your new entrants want to stay; support work/life balance for all employees

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Covenant Health (Texas) (Lubbock, TX) in June 2013.

    Interview

Very thorough, with multiple people to interview. Pointed questions. Panels of interviewers, from Upper Management in the Department and the Staff that would be working with the interviewee. Tour of the facility with introductions. Interview was in pleasant and professional surroundings.

    Interview Questions
