Great with communication with drivers in a timely manner.
The pay was not explained accurately and mileage is a lot less than they said it would be.
Advice to Management
If your team drivers have a situation where one has to leave then you need to match up the other driver so he/she doesn't get switched to a solo driver which minimizes his/her pay automatically and they do no receive loads due to the company being structured for team drivers.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Covenant Transportation (Stockton, CA) in March 2016.
Telephone recruiter wasn't completely truthful. Seemed to just want to get CDL holders into orientation. My partner was sent home on day two because of a prior medical issue that could have been delt with ahead of time
