Cox Media Group launched the Digital Talent Program to recruit the next generation of diverse media professionals.
This highly competitive, one-year position is available to recent college or graduate school students who are eligible to work in the United States. Our Digital Talent Program participants have demonstrated superior academic achievement, they are committed to a career in media and show promise as a digital leader.
This is not an internship. Once on board, our Digital Talent Program participants earn a competitive salary and tackle challenging projects at CMG companies. Selected program participants will work at various CMG locations beginning in early June 2016 and must be open to relocation. Upon completion of the program, participants may be eligible for continued employment at the host location or they may be eligible to apply for full-time employment at other Cox Entities.

Sometimes that focus on culture can be too much... they can make decisions by consensus and also be slow to terminate people that are mediocre
Advice to Management
The pension system encourages people to stick around as long as they can. This can make them risk adverse and also make them scared to own decisions. It seemed like big decisions always happened by a lot of people around a table in a closed room... almost so that nobody would have to "own" it in case it was a bad decision. This isn't the best setup for a nimble, agile organization.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Cox Media Group (Atlanta, GA) in January 2018.
I applied online and I got an email about 2 days later to schedule a phone interview. It was very brief and they asked the basic interview questions and asked you to explain your experience in with digital marketing.
