Flexible schedule, honest company. They are truly in it for the best interests of their customers. A lot of advertising choices for businesses.
Not a lot of room for advancement. A lot of new products and programs constantly being added that require review time in a fast selling cycle. In small offices there is not much behind the scenes support. You must do everything yourself which takes time away from selling.
Advice to Management
Roll out programs in a timely manner. It has gotten better, but often the selling cycle is shortened due to time constraints.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cox Target Media (Largo, FL) in October 2009.
CTM reached out to me with an offer. I turned them down years prior when I perceived that the Marketing Department was in stagnation. After accepting the postion the second time around, the VP above me promoted several internal employees into the department. I felt judged by staffers who knew how to maneuver within CTM, but they were not as skilled in marketing USP's.
Get the job, then decide if you are going to take it.
