Pay us better. You get what you pay for. Quality employees should be regular bumped in pay to respectable salaries in order to keep the,. Some raises need to be beyond the company wide yearly cost of living increases. Some departments are in need of overhaul. Long time employees have become complacent and some new employees lack skill.
