I worked at CoxReps full-time
I worked at Coxreps as an Ae for 5 years and left for what I thought was a better opportunity. I miss this place, the grass isn't always greener. Each employer has their pros and cons, but the things that bothered me at Coxreps were so petty in relation to how publicly traded companies operate. The leadership at Coxreps are solid people and realize that they put their people first.
Waaaah, we don't have free lunches, why do they get to leave early, how come I'm not recognized, complain it's the haves and the have not's - guess what the real world doesn't care about these things. Believe me it's a lot tougher outside of Coxreps and the things I used to complain about I'm embarrassed I ever did.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing - Guthrie/Palmer/Morrow solid team.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CoxReps.
Phone interview with HR department rep. followed by in person interview. The interview took place in the HR reps office. If hired you enter a training class with other assistance starting as well and need to complete the course to get placed.
