Strong collaborative environment where sales, professional services and finance have high levels of mutual respect and high degree of daily communication. Leadership has shown ability to learn from their mistakes of the past and have demonstrated an absolute commitment to listen to the customer. New sales leadership is just about the best group of intelligent, hard working, creative, energetic, and pleasant people I have ever had the pleasure to work with in my career. The momentum within the sales team is huge, we speak the same language and share the same goals. The past is without a doubt "in the past". The caliber of the sales team is at an all time high since I joined the company: smart, strong health care expertise, well networked, top notch professionalism and highly engaged.
The company has emphasized visibility into its sales process and expansion of its corporate controls to assure sustainable growth. Craneware expects a lot out of its employees and you work hard. If you want to work in a vacuum you won't make it here.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you are doing. The momentum is exciting and the leadership, management and staff you are hiring are fantastic. Continue to listen to your customers and they will reward you.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Craneware PLC (Atlanta, GA) in April 2014.
The interview process had multiple phases. The initial screening was a phone call with HR, followed by multiple phone conversations with executives within the sales organization. A half day face to face interview was scheduled. Prior to the interviews I completed an online assessment that evaluated personality traits, math, and verbal skills. The interviews consisted of multiple panel interviews followed by a sales presentation.
Straight forward. They extended an offer, I countered, and we agreed quickly.
