Pros
Everyone is friendly, want to teach & interact with interns, interns treated like real employees- not a lot of grunt or busy work. Everyone likes working there and the employees seem really happy. Management works really hard and are very hands-on.
Cons
Don't really have anything negative to say. They are definitely experiencing a lot of growth and turnover- lots of new people starting and people leaving which is definitely normal for the industry. Good mix of people who have been there for many years and those who just started.
