Creative Office Pavilion – Why Work For Us?

Since 1986, Creative Office Pavilion has created spaces for clients in a broad cross-section of industries and functional areas. We believe passionately in the idea that the built environment has the power to transform the way people work and live.

Look at the big picture

We are much more than furniture dealers—we’re a team of high-level workplace consultants. That means we’re by your side through every phase of a project—from initial consultation topost-sale service. And it means we understand and embrace today’s trends while staying on top of where things are headed tomorrow.

Find the things that work

We bring our clients some of the industry’s freshest thinking and most innovative products. We’re one of the nation’s leading Herman Miller dealers, and represent lines from hundreds of other respected manufacturers, including DIRTT, National, and SitOnIt. This gives us flexibility to tailor our solutions to the unique needs of each client.

Find the very best people

Looking for experienced professionals who truly care about their clients? They’re right here. Our team hails from different backgrounds and markets, which means unique insights and big-picture perspective. We’re a diverse crew with a few things in common: we believe in building true partnerships and long-term relationships.

We’re an open, honest family of more than 230 with countless interests and strengths. But it’s the qualities we share—client focus, treating people fairly, and passion for our business—that set us apart. They’re why our clients keep coming back, and our employees stay for decades.

Leadership Team: moving our company - and our clients - forward

Our leadership team in a nutshell? More than 400+ years of combined experience.  Diverse backgrounds in construction, warehouse, design/architecture, and LEAN process improvement to name a few.  They are proud to lead a team that loves its work and delivers the industry's best solutions.

It feels like family here.
At Creative Office Pavilion, company culture is much more than a page in our employee handbook. It’s a set of core values anchored by respect, teamwork, and communication. Whether it’s sales reps presenting at the showroom or our team bonding during a company retreat, those values touch every part of our business, and allow us to deliver the industry’s best service and solutions.

There’s no “that’s not my job” here. Sales reps collaborate instead of competing, and our designers, project managers, and installers make it their business to learn from one another. Our employees are true team players working toward a common goal, which means you benefit from their collective skills, resources, and experience.

We’re serious about our work, but don’t take ourselves too seriously

Our unique culture also lets us provide something that you might not associate with workplace projects: fun. That might mean a birthday lunch with your sales rep, an afternoon golf game, or an invite to one of our unforgettable company parties.

Our clients tell us that they love working with us, and some have gone so far to say that they would like to work for us. That speaks volumes about our culture, our values, and our commitment to doing whatever it takes.

    Difficult Interview

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a week. I interviewed at Creative Office Pavilion.

I was referred by a staffing agency, who arranged the interview. The interview was very professional and direct. They were very clear about the position and what it entailed and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I did meet with 2 people separately, which was a little nerve wracking, but did give me a 2nd perspective.

    Interview Questions

    • The most difficult question to answer was how I would handle myself in a crisis. I was taken aback and really not sure how to answer that question since it depends on the situation. And it also really made me wonder what I was getting into!   Answer Question

I wasn't able to negotiate anything
