We believe wealth management is one of the most attractive segments in banking, and global wealth is projected to continue to grow faster than GDP over the next several years.

Our founder, Alfred Escher, envisioned not just a bank, but the future of an entire nation. This foresight made it possible to expand the Swiss railroad, build tunnels through mountains and in the process, pave the way for a new era of prosperity.
This is a philosophy that endures at Credit Suisse as we look to solve the challenges of our day. Join us and you'll not only help shape the future of a global bank; you will have the opportunity to see how big ideas and meticulous execution can achieve great things.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Credit Suisse (New York, NY) in April 2011.
After a successful one-month trial as a contractor I was brought on-board as an Assistant Vice President. I reported directly to a group head, who in turn, reported directly to the CEO and Executive Board. My trial was basically my interview. My group head learned all he needed to know about me through my performance on the job.
