Company Updates

  • Last year, our Cedar Rapids location changed how they hosted their yearly Golf Outing. They picked a local non-profit to give the proceeds to for the assistance in helping kids at risk. The Kids on Course Foundation was formed to provide tutoring, mentoring, summer school programs, transportation and food to help kids in high-poverty schools. To date, we have raised $58,038.37 for the Foundation. A majority of the kids in the program now read and possess math skills above the state and national average.

We all believe that education is the ticket to breaking the cycle of poverty and enjoying a life of opportunity.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Crescent Electric Supply.

I had twenty years of experience and was applying for a lower job than what I was qualified for. I pretty much knew I would get the job. That is why there were no difficult questions during the interview process. The IQ test and the personality test where basic tests.

I took what they offered because I needed a job.
