We are thrilled to welcome Mike Rayburn, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, to our Crescent family!
Mike is a highly qualified sales and marketing professional with 20+ years of diverse experience in producing, developing and executing annual business and marketing plans that target enhancing sales efforts to achieve budgeted goals and marketing exposure. For the last 3.5 years, Mike worked with Two Roads Hospitality as Area Director of Sales & Marking with direct oversight of three independent resorts in Washington State. During this time, Mike successfully lead each of his teams to record production and award winning recognition. In addition, Mike has extensive experience managing teams, driving revenue and achieving owner expectations. Mike lives outside of Seattle Washington with his wife and two girls. Mike will oversee a majority of Crescent hotels on the West Coast.

Continue the good work and care for your employees!
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Crescent Hotels & Resorts (Jackson, MS) in July 2018.
Submitted application, then was contacted for interview. Went for initial interview then was called back to meet with General Manager. A day later I was sent an offer letter and contacted by the Human Resources department.
