Utilize the strength of your team members and work together as a team.
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Crescent Hotels & Resorts (New York, NY) in March 2018.
I have been with the company for 10 plus years, my interview was as brief and informal as senior management presence is at our property. I was overlooked and determined "unqualified" for the position in order to disguise the ineptitude of leadership at our hotel.
