The people are fantastic and they genuinely do go out of their way to help you out!! It’s generally a very fun environment! Also the chance to grow within this job is always present! If you want to get promoted and actively work towards that goal, you will achieve it.
Cons
The weather is honestly the worst part, you are outside for most of the job, so whether it’s really hot or really cold it can be a little bit taxing! But the managers and everyone helps out a lot to make it more manageable.
