Becoming part of the Crew Team isn’t easy, but it sure is worth it. After hiring the best Team Members in the service industry (no experience required), we provide the training and coaching that our Team Members need to succeed. In addition, we provide great benefits.
As a Manager in Training starting out with Crew Carwash, you'll discover that we've hired you to eventually run one of our locations. Promotions are based on performance, not seniority. We look for energetic individuals who are goal and career-oriented.
You'll be assigned to a location in your area and the training begins. You'll learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who may once have been in your shoes. Nearly 50% of all our managers started out in this program. During your first year, you will participate in all areas of our business. As you progress, you will be tested and evaluated to determine your proficiency in these areas. Successful completion will result in promotion potential and pay increases.
On average, you can expect to be promoted to an Assistant Manager within 12 months. At completion of your Assistant Manager certification, we'll evaluate openings in your market and determine placement. Your own initiative and capabilities, coupled with your ability to think on your feet will dictate how fast you advance.
Support Center Opportunities
We have occasional openings at our Indianapolis Support Center for different types of roles. We have staff working with customer service, accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, purchasing, information technology and a variety of other responsibilities. Opportunities also arise for maintenance and support roles in every market where we operate. I have been working at Crew Carwash full-time (More than a year)
Transparency, Training, Teamwork, Flexible Schedule, Detailed Advancement Schedule, Pay leads and is above average in the industry, Leadership is tops in the Industry, Bill knows and acknowledges most of his employees....without them CREW’s AWESOME customer Service doesn’t exist, exciting, fast paced, family atmosphere, fun, fun fun!
If you are not going to smile, say thank you, wave, draw animals, put customers first, have fun, get wet, get hot, get cold, be on time, pickup trash, clean a bathroom, go home a little early or stay a little late.....DO NOT APPLY. Crew built their reputation as the service industry leader in customer service. If you can’t provide this service.....move on.
Advice to Management
Please be careful promoting people.......I understand we are growing, but just because an individual meets the basic requirements and they want it doesn’t mean they are ready. Some have never held a leadership position before, this might be their first real job, they have friends at their location they now supervise and aren’t transferred. Soon after the promotion it becomes very evident that they needed more coaching. This does no one any good.
I applied online. I interviewed at Crew Carwash (Indianapolis, IN) in May 2015.
The initial interview is over the phone and they will want to know more about you, if you are able to work a reasonable amount of hours, ect. (They will not hire you if you cannot work at least 1 year at Crew).
