Becoming part of the Crew Team isn’t easy, but it sure is worth it. After hiring the best Team Members in the service industry (no experience required), we provide the training and coaching that our Team Members need to succeed. In addition, we provide great benefits.

Management Opportunities

As a Manager in Training starting out with Crew Carwash, you'll discover that we've hired you to eventually run one of our locations. Promotions are based on performance, not seniority. We look for energetic individuals who are goal and career-oriented.

You'll be assigned to a location in your area and the training begins. You'll learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who may once have been in your shoes. Nearly 50% of all our managers started out in this program. During your first year, you will participate in all areas of our business. As you progress, you will be tested and evaluated to determine your proficiency in these areas. Successful completion will result in promotion potential and pay increases.

On average, you can expect to be promoted to an Assistant Manager within 12 months. At completion of your Assistant Manager certification, we'll evaluate openings in your market and determine placement. Your own initiative and capabilities, coupled with your ability to think on your feet will dictate how fast you advance. 


Support Center Opportunities


We have occasional openings at our Indianapolis Support Center for different types of roles. We have staff working with customer service, accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, purchasing, information technology and a variety of other responsibilities. Opportunities also arise for maintenance and support roles in every market where we operate. A career with Crew Carwash is an excellent way to pursue your professional goals while working with some of the best people you'll meet!

    I have been working at Crew Carwash full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    1. Lots of advancement opportunities- Manager Trainee, Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, Operations Manager, Lead Operations Manager, General Manager
    2. Great pay and bonuses for Managers/Manager Trainees make 40,000+
    3. Associates pay starts off much higher than most companies
    4. The company really cares for their people. They take care of you whether you're a manager, associate, support team, or project team. They want every one of their members to reach their full potential. They make sure you are always happy working for them.
    5. Tuition reimbursement for associates/managers in college.
    6. Loan Repayment Program for graduates. ($1200 annually)
    7. Moving up the chain quickly is something they do very well with the managers. You get training from all the managers whether that be the other shift managers or it could be the area director.
    8. Always trying to find a place to build a new location and always improving current locations.
    9. Job Security

    Cons

    1. Work hours per week might be a little longer than what you want sometimes but that comes with any job. You do what you got to do to succeed and grow.
    2. If you don't like really hot weather or cold weather, this job probably isn't for you if you're planning on working at a location.
