I have been working at Cricket Wireless full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Management is friendly, and down to earth. Its an attrition free work place, any coaching to do better is down in an uplifting manner. From management to co-workers, everyone wants to see you do better. I was offered a managers position after 7 months. Great job for Students. Great way to add experience to your resume if you are wanting a career in the wireless market.

    Cons

Any cons would be of a personal nature, and only cons due to changes in my needs. I will say that 10 hours seems like a very long shift but it flies by.

    Advice to Management

Keep treating employees like family. Makes work a second home.
