I have been working at Crisis Response Network full-time

    Pros

There seems to have been a significant improvement in culture/morale in the past 5-6 months. Staff turn over is very low at this point, and the call center is fully staffed. People are happier and feel more supported. This is a good place to be. The change in leadership has been a positive one for the employees. The CEO, the Chief Operations Officer, and the Chief Experience Officer at this company are good people, and truely care about staff and employees from entry level position on up.

    Cons

This place is growing fast, so it always feels like something new is coming around the corner. Sometimes the pace of growth/new implementation does not feel sustainable.

    Advice to Management

Please continue to hire staff and leaders who actually care about people, and making this company a better place. It has already become a better place, and I am proud to be here.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Crisis Response Network.

    Interview

To be fair, I was hired five years ago. Questions were pretty standard for a Crisis Specialist type position, and were fair and pretty consistent with insuring that I had at least the skills/understanding/ability/insight to do this job. I had an interview with one person, and probably should have done a better job negotiating my salary, but I felt I was paid pretty fairly. I got a tour of the place afterwards, and met some of the staff.

    Interview Questions

    • How would you handle someone who was talking about suicide?

Are you comfortable completing a risk assessment?

What is your past experience working in the Arizona behavioral health system?   1 Answer
