Very high ceilings as the company is forecasted to grow for the next 3+ years. Great people who are very loyal to the brand and have fun while we make magic happen! Tons of autonomy to create and make a stamp. Great PTO, benefits and work culture.
Cons
I personally am not one for remote work and would love to see my coworkers in person more.
