I worked at Cronstrom Sandy CPA - Cronstrom Osuch & Company full-time (More than 3 years)
I really liked many of the people that I worked with. I liked that the partners seemed to understand the hard work schedule and tried to be accomodating as much as possible.
The travel is ridiculous. Adn then it is the corporate culture to work long nights and weekends. I am just thankful that I left before having children. I can't imagine how much I would have missed out on if I had stayed working there.
Advice to Management
Don't take on so many out of town clients. I realize that this is a part of your business but you will never be able to keep good employees if they are traveling all of the time.
