I have been working at Cross Country Locums full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people who have fun but work hard.
Culture is excellent if you value positivity and little politics.
    Leaders who care.

    Cons

    It’s hard work.
As you can see from some of these reviews, if you like trashing others you probably won’t like it here. Those people don’t last long.

    Advice to Management

Stay the course. Those of us that have seen where this company was in the past appreciate you.

    Interview

The interview process was nice. The first part was mostly generic, corporate questions such as "how do you deal with stress, etc." The second part with the actual design team was much more typical of a design interview.

    Interview Questions

    • What, specifically, do you see yourself doing as a designer in the future?   Answer Question

    Reasons for Declining

I actually didn't have a choice. While they offered me the job, they decided last minute they couldn't afford to bring me on.
