Five years ago, we shared a vision for creating a distinctly new type of advisory firm, one that would bring the best aspects from our Big 4 and Arthur Andersen roots along with an unwavering commitment to building the right culture.

    I have been working at CrossCountry Consulting full-time


    I was blown away at how good the CrossCountry team were throughout my recruitment and onboarding process. I knew within 24 hours the results of each interview which was fantastic. They had designated teams to manage my visa and travel arrangements from Ireland which took all stress away from me. The process couldn't have been easier from my end.

    From what I've seen so far, they really do live up to their culture & values and value their people a lot.


    I can't fault the pre-employment process.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CrossCountry Consulting (New York, NY).


    There were a total of 5 formal interview rounds with a Director followed by 4 partners, and an informal interview over drinks. Mostly behavioral - talked about professional and personal experiences, and how these experiences would make me an ideal fit for the role. During the first couple of interviews, we also discussed how my technical knowledge could be applied at CrossCountry.
