The annual award recognizes leading organizations that excel in creating quality workplaces for their employees, with outstanding benefits and culture. Crain’s New York Business partnered with independent research firm Best Companies Group to identify the top 100 employers in New York City. Pros

Excellent culture, amazing coworkers, atmosphere of collaboration. CrossCountry fosters excellent relationships between teammates and with clients. I have trust in my leadership, and leadership trusts me to get my job done. The DEI initiatives are top notch and better than I have ever seen in my career. As they know better, they do better and take criticism and dissent seriously. I am proud to work for CrossCountry.

    Cons

The utilization goals for the next few years are lofty and are more aggressive than other competitor firms in the market. The health benefits could be improved.
