The annual award recognizes leading organizations that excel in creating quality workplaces for their employees, with outstanding benefits and culture. Crain’s New York Business partnered with independent research firm Best Companies Group to identify the top 100 employers in New York City. The Best Places to Work award is determined based on gathering extensive employee surveys and feedback measuring employee experience as it relates to leadership, corporate culture, work environment, training, and development, among other factors, coupled with an audit of benefits, human resources initiatives, and policies. “We’re extremely proud to be recognized by our employees as a great place to work. At CrossCountry, we take pride in our culture and strong company values,” said Ken Egan, New York Office Managing Partner at CrossCountry Consulting. “We believe a vibrant, collaborative workplace that encourages employee development is critical to our company’s overall success. It is a testament to our culture, which delivers high impact for our clients while also creating an environment for employees to learn, grow, and thrive in their careers.”
CrossCountry Consulting, a leading business advisory firm, today announced it has been featured for the eighth consecutive year on Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 list, a prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The Inc. 5000 list represents an unparalleled look at the nation’s most successful private companies and is considered the hallmark of U.S. entrepreneurial success. The companies on the 2023 Inc. 5000 have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure, the rising costs of capital, and seemingly intractable hiring challenges. Companies are ranked according to percentage of revenue growth over a three-year period, comparing 2019 to 2022. They must also be an independent, for-profit, privately held company based in the U.S. to qualify.

CrossCountry Consulting Reviews
Excellent culture, amazing coworkers, atmosphere of collaboration. CrossCountry fosters excellent relationships between teammates and with clients. I have trust in my leadership, and leadership trusts me to get my job done. The DEI initiatives are top notch and better than I have ever seen in my career. As they know better, they do better and take criticism and dissent seriously. I am proud to work for CrossCountry.
The utilization goals for the next few years are lofty and are more aggressive than other competitor firms in the market. The health benefits could be improved.
