    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Crossroads Automotive full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The benefits are very competitive, and the managers go out of their way to make sure that they are taking care of their employees.

    Cons

The turnover rate is high, this may be due to the fact that sometimes the employees are, feeling like they are doing the same thing over and over.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Crossroads Automotive (Wake Forest, NC) in December 2016.

    Interview

I submitted my resume after being referred by an employee. Within 2 days, I had an in-person interview with the head of HR, who asked me briefly about my background and asked what positions were of interest to me. There were no open positions at that time. Within 2 months, a position became available and I was asked to come in for an in-person 2-panel interview.
