Environmental Services (EVS)
Environmental Services associates help everyone in a hospital experience the Power of Clean. They keep the hospital disinfected, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
Healthcare Technology Solutions (HTS)
Our Healthcare Technology Solutions make sure all medical equipment stays up and running. HTS associates ensure nurses and staff can use the machines they need when they need them -- it’s a behind the scenes role that’s critical to the overall success of a hospital.
Facilities Management (FM)
Not all heroes wear capes; some wear tool belts. Facilities Management associates impact the lives of everyone in a hospital. This team handles behind the scenes operations, provides technical expertise, so hospitals run smoothly.
Patient Transport (PT)
The Patient Transport team is responsible for moving patients around the hospital. Every day, patient transport associates have numerous opportunities to connect with patients. Our PTs are famous for the energy, positivity, and comfort they bring to everyone’s hospital experience.
Our Patient Experience team focuses on patient satisfaction. In other words, the Patient Experience team’s biggest priority is making sure patients have an incredible experience. While patients remain a central focus, we understand a patient's experience is impacted by all of the people around them during their hospital stay: family members, hospital staff, guests and our team. Patient Experience associates serve each of these groups well. The result: a great experience.
Administration and Corporate
Our Administrative and Corporate team at Crothall supports day-to-day operations from the corporate office. These incredible men and women help our entire organization run smoothly and efficiently.

Met with various management levels throughout the hiring process. One was my immediate supervisor and another was his immediate supervisor. They asked detailed questions about my experience. Before them I did a phone interview with a talent coordinator who assisted me throughout all interview levels
