I have been working at Crowd Favorite full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I’ve been with Crowd Favorite for almost a year and have really enjoyed working with my teammates. Super supportive and always seek to improve. Glad I joined

    Cons

I would not call this a con. It’s more of a consideration. Crowd Favorite is dispersed, so you need to consider whether you want to work remotely.

    Project Manager Interview

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Crowd Favorite (Denver, CO) in August 2012.

    Interview

6 hour process - Met with 3 Project Manager's including the Owner and 1 Sr. Level PM. It is a long process. You're taken out to an awkward lunch, while the Owner & Sr. PM continue to ask you questions from their note pads between bites.

    Interview Questions

    • Although this was a Project Manager position, the Owner inquired if I could elaborate on Server Migration. Throughout interview, I found it odd that I didn't see anyone leave their desks to interact. IT PM was very agitated during my interview.   1 Answer
