Great product to sell, energetic management, fun contests, no micro managing, and realistic expectations
Space is cluttered with deal sites so you have to constantly work your way through that. Would like to have more than 1 product to sell. Daily deals are great but it would also be beneficial to have something else to offer in the event they didn't want a deal.
Advice to Management
I feel we have a great management team in place. I'd like to see a better bonus program. Something that we can hit frequently. We really strive to keep ahead of the other sites so its nice to be compensated when we do.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CrowdSavings (Kansas City, MO) in May 2012.
Spoke to the Director of Sales in their main office of Tampa, FL. This was really part of an acquisition so I was asked several questions on performance and where I ranked among my peers but I suspect he had that info already. Very laid back interview. It went more like a conversation which was nice because you really get tired of getting asked "where do you see yourself in 5 years". We spoke for about 45 minutes.
