Health Insurance Benefits: Qualified individuals may enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance plans on their first day of employment. Also available on the first day are health and dependent flexible spending care accounts.

I have been working at Crowe Horwath full-time (Less than a year)
They are serious about the people dimension of the business. I was a bit skeptical during the interviewing process because it sounded a too good to be true. Trust is critically important to a solid relationship. Corwe has demonstrated time and time again that they trust their people.
Relatively new to the firm but "we" need to figure out how to ramp up the learning around how to connect with internal people resources.

Continue to over communicate what is most important -- the CUSTOMER.
I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Crowe Horwath.
The campus recruiter emailed me to schedule a phone screening. It was very conversational and relaxed. It will be a few weeks before I hear if I made it to the 2nd round.
