Through Crowe Horwath University, our overall learning programming, you’ll have opportunities to discover and pursue learning opportunities that will help you develop and enhance your skills no matter what stage you’re at in your career. With colleges that correspond to each of our business units and offer curriculum specific to the business unit, the university provides the learning support you need to successfully serve your clients and grow as a professional and develop deep specialization in your role. There are also cross-functional colleges, which address developmental areas that span all business units, such as industry specialization, technology and leadership and business skills.

Compensation

You'll work hard for us. And you'll be compensated fairly with a very competitive salary and a robust benefits package. 

Crowe offers a total compensation plan that includes a competitive base salary, bonus structure and a variety of attractive benefits and perks:

Health Insurance Benefits: Qualified individuals may enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance plans on their first day of employment. Also available on the first day are health and dependent flexible spending care accounts.

Competitive Compensation Package: Crowe provides a competitive salary with annual increases and opportunities for annual and spot bonuses. We continuously analyze our local and national markets to verify we are offering the best total rewards program to attract and retain top talent.

Retirement Savings: Crowe employees can take advantage of both a traditional pre-tax 401(k) retirement savings plan and a Roth 401(k) retirement savings plan. Firm-paid matching contributions are 100% vested after three years of service.

Work/Life: Through our What to Wear and Where to Work policies, we support casual dress, including jeans, in the office every day and the option for our people to work wherever it’s convenient and they can be most productive. Our goal is to provide our people with added flexibility for work-related trips and day-to-day operations.

Life and Disability Insurance Coverage: Crowe covers each employee with firm-paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage. Each employee also contributes a small amount each pay period to the firm’s long-term disability insurance coverage.

Road Warrior Program: Our people who travel 30 percent or more of the time receive special benefits including reimbursements for airline club and fitness expenses, hotel laundry/dry cleaning, and cell phone while traveling on business. Road Warriors also may qualify for quarterly cash rewards.

Paid Time Off Plan: Crowe offers a generous paid time off (PTO) plan, which provides our people with time off when time away from work is needed, regardless of the reason.
