They're genuinely trying to make a successful company by fostering a culture that promotes their employees talents and interests. Senior management has good intentions and is trying to learn how to execute.
More priority toward company than the employees. There is some mismanagement of employee expense reimbursement. Employees need to float large balances on credit cards and/or checking accounts to continue working. Relaxed atmosphere. Interview process was efficient with three back-to-back interviews within two hours, followed by HR debrief. Interactive discussion with HR collecting feedback not just asking more questions. Glassdoor requires a 50 words minimum and so I will continue typing to hit the target.
