    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Crown (Southbank (Australia)).

    Interview

The interview was split into a number of stages.

You start with a phone interview which which mainly tested competancy in basic communication and basic mathmatical ability (namely addition, mulitplication and division).

Upon passing the phone interview there was a group interview which tested similar skills in the form of written test for both english and mathmatics. The test asked similar questions to those asked during the phone interview. Following the tests there were behavioural tests where you would be role playing a scenario and then a test to pick up a stack of 20 casino chips.

    Interview Questions

    • The hardest part of the interview process was the role play for me. My scenario was that a customer was dismayed and was demanding some form of compensation.   1 Answer
