Boutique Broker based out of NY. I worked in the SF Office. The people were great. they worked hard and played hard. Lots of niche accounts & specialty's.
You had to check in on your smartphone every morning and upload the good app for business. Jim Crystal was still working there and it was hard getting him to adjust to the 21st Century.
Advice to Management
Listen a little more and keep politics out it!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Crystal & Company in August 2016.
Lengthy and never heard back. The process was not informative to the reality of the position. It would have been better to meet with a few employees to discuss the position because management was not truthful about the workload I have heard of.
