    I applied online. I interviewed at Cultural Care Au Pair (New York, NY)


    They do their hiring all at once, so I was contacted about a month or two after I initially applied. The entire interview process took around 2 weeks with three interviews in total. First interview was standard recruiter, letting you know about the job, company, seeing if you're a good initial match to the position. Second interview is with the director/hiring manager. Again, telling you more specifics about the job, but the questions are more tailored to the job, asking about your ability to handle difficult calls, creative thinking, stress management, etc. The last call is a series of "what would you do if" questions. All three interviews were very conversational, very friendly.

In light of recent events (, EF Education First recently announced the formation of a new global department that will lead our commitment, initiatives, and efforts for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). This step is vital to ensure we have the right platform and resources in place to drive change and broaden and strengthen EF’s culture of inclusivity and belonging. While race is at the forefront of societal conversations today, this team was established to improve DEIB at EF across all fronts: race, gender identity, socioeconomic status, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, education and veteran status. As a member of the EF community, Cultural Care has named two DEIB ambassadors dedicated to supporting this central initiative: Sharlice (Regional Manager) and Ashley (Director of Placement and Sales). We are excited to see the growth of this team and the changes they make to both the Cultural Care and broader EF community. #culturalcare #diversityequityinclusionbelonging
