    I have been working at CulverCareers full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Very fun culture
    - You are able to recruit AND bring on new clients so you have a lot of control with how you run your desk.
    - Aggressive commission plan and they are very up front about what you need to do to be successful.
    - Fun contests that include free trips and you get to bring someone!!
    - Constant training
    - They only promote from within

    Cons

    - You have to be tough and a go getter or it will be hard to be successful here.

    Interview

    This was a tag team between the partners which made it very confusing on who owned the position originally. The beginning was a great process but throughout the rest it was downhill. The recruiter was obsessed with follow ups with him and the client outside of the normal expectations. Probably caused a turn off on the client side. They also lied about salary expectations forth right in the beginning of the process and lied about it. The client paid for air and hotel for the gina interview based on false salary expectations. This is a shady company.
