I have been working at Cumberland Farms full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

having the joy of meeting people, the pay is good,

    Cons

not having enough help on during the week or on weekends so you can get the food service work finished before going home....having a manger that doesntwant to come out of his office most of the time to help out his employees.....being a food service leader and your on the register running it more than you are doing your position...

    Advice to Management

schedule you more people on a shift to help, come out of the office more often and help out your team when needed
