Cumming is an international project and cost consultancy that has been operating for close to two decades. What that means is, we don’t handle the actual building, hammering or pouring of the concrete; we manage the project for our client from start to finish and act as Owners' Representatives. Since opening, Cumming continues to grow and we have more than 350 team members, and we have completed projects in more than 25 countries around the world!
At Cumming, we pride ourselves in delivering extraordinary and lasting results, results that other consultancies may dismiss as impractical or even impossible. Cumming is different from other consultancies because we don’t focus simply on the end result; we’re focused on day-to-day disciplines.
Cumming understands that our firm is only as good as the professionals who are part of it, and here you are not viewed merely as an employee, but a team member. We know that no matter where you come from, it is your talent, experience, and ambition that will make you a valuable member of the Cumming team, and allow you to make your mark.
At Cumming, we are determined to find the “fun” in every busy moment. Cumming goes beyond the standard summer party and winter holiday parties. We enjoy participating in team building activities on a regular basis. From Social Hours, team obstacle course races, to charity work, Cumming is sure to offer fun team building activities that suit your lifestyle!

I have been working at Cumming full-time (More than 3 years)
Great social place to work and the culture is awesome. When it comes to your employment, there is room to move and accept new challenges. The company are willing to enhance your abilities and professional experience without keeping you stationary in one position.
Pay will be less then general contractor but less stress and more flexibility. Personally don't mind the off-set.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cumming (New York, NY).
I submitted my resume and I had a phone call the next day which was quite fast, then they told me that I would have a phone interview with a manager. I had the phone interview after a week or so and then I didnt hear back from them and I waited almost a month and half. In the mean time I got another offer from another company so I called them telling them that I have an offer so they told me that they need to make another phone interview with another manager. I did the phone interview and after a week they sent me an offer.
