There really are no cons with this company. I worked in both retail and now the office. Retail can sometimes be difficult because of having to not only do currency but manage guest services as well.
I applied online. I interviewed at Currency Exchange International.
First interview with branch manager, then an online video interview with HR. The process was a bit long, but not difficult. Very straight forward. Not difficult interview, interviewers would put you at ease. Would definitely recommend to others.
