I have been working at Custom Communications full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great owner that genuinely cares about his people...when they say they put people first, they mean it. Plenty of growth opportunity.

    Cons

Owner also cares about his people to a fault at times. Lots of individuals in leadership that have little to no qualifications making important decisions. Several people in the highest level of leadership set a poor example for the rest of the office staff with extremely poor work ethic, involvement and attendance.

    Advice to Management

Upper leadership needs to be re-evaluated. Too many employees take advantage of the compassionate culture.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Custom Communications.

    Interview

I applied online, maybe 1-2 weeks later received a call from a recruiter and had maybe a 20 min phone interview, she then said I would receive a call from the district manager to schedule an in person interview. I heard back the very next day we schedule the interview at one of the location. It was very typical, I did have experience working at an At&t corporate location so that definitely helped me out and I knew more about the what they were looking for. She asked basic questions and set the expectations for what they were looking for she even pulled in the store manager into the interview and he talked about his growth with the company in a very short amount of time. Definitely room for growth because they a growing quickly.
