I have been working at Custom Decorators full-time (Less than a year)
Selling the newest window coverings on the market and educating clients on the cool technology that can be associated with our products is very rewarding. My schedule is what works best for me and I can still drop off & pick up my son if need be. Every day is a new experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Custom Decorators (Tigard, OR).
First I applied online. I was then contacted by the HR manager. She interviewed me over the phone and then set up a second interview. For the second interview, I went to the office and was interviewed in a conference room by three department heads. It was slightly intimidating at first, but if you can't handle pressure, this job will not work out for you. After the interview (which was about 45 minutes) they gave me a tour of the office. A few days later I was offered a position. After submitting paperwork and taking a drug test, I was hired.
