    As an executive representative of a customer care based company, you must build a team leader spirit in your team of workers to make sure that work is carried out efficiently.

    Make sure that your team does not involve laziness or short cuts towards work

    Advice to Management

    The management should provide all the necessary materials needed for effective work and give incentives as at when due, creating of loan facilities too when needed
