I have been working at Customer Engineering Services full-time (More than 10 years)
CES is a very diverse company, continuously looking for opportunities to grow. Over the last several years, CES has invested a lot of time and resources in developing it's employees and has backed that up by promoting employees from within to help lead the company. Upper management has also committed to getting the employees involved where possible with new programs and technologies to help improve implementation and compliance in the field.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Customer Engineering Services (New York, NY) in August 2014.
Had a 15 min interview via skype. it was very easy I was able to sit on my couch wearing shorts with a button up shirt. It was not super formal and was very laid back.... probably one of the best and most comfortable interviews I have ever had.
