Pros

There’s an emphasis on self care that is preached and practiced. The company provides many benefits to that end. It’s incredible.

Cons

There aren’t (yet) clear opportunities for advancement for folks who don’t want to be a manager. This is something the ops team is working on but progress is slow.

Advice to Management

Keep focusing on the well-being of each individual. It’s a super power and I adore you for it.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Customer.io (United States)

    Interview

In the job description, they give you a hard date for when they will respond with a status update about your application and they stuck to that in my case. In a world where ghosting is the norm, this was a welcome change.

As for the interview, mine was scheduled for 25 minutes but the recruiter was about 10 minutes late to the call. We only spoke for about 15 minutes, just a general meet-and-greet sort of thing. The recruiter was pleasant enough, but I had a sense that I wouldn't be making it to the next round (tone of voice towards the end and no extension in time for the 10 minutes that were missed at the beginning).
