That's right within Customertimes! Our breadth of opportunity allows for substantial growth without having to change firms, which correlates with the low turnover we're seeing.
16 Years into our journey, Customertimes still reminds me of a company halfway between a start up and the world class global business consultancy we aspire to be, and while there are signs of bigger company processes are beginning to emerge -- there are still a fair amount of gaps. Of course, these are opportunities for those of use who want to volunteer to help fill out the processes in these areas, while maintaining our focus on creating and delivering value for our Customers.
