    I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Cyara (Melbourne) in Jan 2021


    People at Cyara doesn't know how to read and understand the candidate experience for the role applied. After Re-writing the profile in a manner even a child can understand then they call the candidate for an interview to be interviewed by a bunch of junior team members who in turn will report into the role once he/she is successful. From top management to junior people, they don't know how to access candidates and ask stupid questions to highly experienced candidates and they think they know everything.

    For a candidate with 20 years of experience, the guy who interviewed who is having 6+ years of experience in the industry asks a question like, what sort of test cases can you write for a function which takes 2 arguments?
