William J. Von Hagel, Jr., Vice President of Solutions & Marketing, has been with CyberCore Technologies since September, 2011. Bill has over 18 years of defense contracting experience, providing software engineering and leadership for multiple Intelligence Community customers. He possesses both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science and a Doctor of Management degree in organizational leadership. He is also an Assistant Professor at Loyola University.

Toni has more than 30 years of professional experience with over 20 years in support of Federal government and Department of Defense operations. At CyberCore, she has responsibility for all facets of security operations and administrative services, including DoD contracts, training and compliance, cleared employees and subcontractors, Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, and operational control of the Industrial Security Program. Toni also has the responsibility of several departments such as IT, Facilities, Insider Threat, and ISO Certifications.

I have been working at CyberCore Technologies full-time (More than a year)
CyberCore is a great place to work. They provide challenging and rewarding positions. They are also eager to help develop a personalized career plan. They have helped me move into multiple positions (some of which were not satisfying). But CyberCore was always considering my feelings. They moved me into a position which I now thrive and aspire to continue to develop. They have offered me a career plan to further advance my skills in my position. Not many companies are as willing to please and address their employees needs like CyberCore has mine.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at CyberCore Technologies (Annapolis Junction, MD) in January 2015.
It was great! I received a LinkedIn message and the recruiter sought me out because he had a position in mind for me. The position was exactly what I was looking for technology wise. The recruiter then told me that he prequalified me for the LCAT (years of experience, degree, etc). He told me if I was interested, my salary would be $185,000/year with 4 weeks PTO and 10 Federal Holidays. It was kind of a no-brainer to go on the interview just to explore an opportunity.
There was not to much negotiation, once I got the job an offer letter came to my inbox with the exact dollar figure we had discussed in the interview.
