    Pros

Solid product. Fully paid benefits and tight knitted development team. The team really cares a lot about putting out a solid product. Small team but everyone is a solid contributor. Seasoned management team.

    Cons

Growing quickly which means sometimes deviate from strategy to appease large clients.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at CyberShift (Parsippany, NJ) in March 2010.

    Interview

"Interviewed" with several people. The "interviews" were more like meetings. No real challenging questions. The company is proud of their product, but being private, isn't very forthcoming with what might be going on financially. I questioned whether this company was profitable, and if they were, if they cared about anything other than the bottom line. If things were slow, would they lay people off?

    Interview Questions

    Reasons for Declining

Felt that the company didn't have its act together and the culture was blah.
