People are very smart. Benefits are decent. Compensation is competitive. Executive and management are very honest and competent, Business strategy is clear.
Cybrid does not do marketing well.. maybe because it is doing good without it, but wish Cybrid has more exposure to the market. They mostly rely on client's "word of mouth".
Advice to Management
Our business strategy is the fitst of its kind (interim executive and management) model, but seems like our management is not proactively promoting this concept. Also has very limited exposure in the world even though we have big name clients like Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, etc... Needs more serious marketing, not just relying on word of mouth.
