great health benefits, retirement plan, free vision, yearly bonus

losing personal space due to Activity Based Workspaces, seem like Dutch are trying to make us fit their plan without caring about American needs

    Advice to Management

Stop making us like them and take the local opinion into account...we aren't Dutch. We don't care about what's happening over there, we care that our footprint in San Diego is being wiped away with the merger. Find a local charity and sponsorship to still allow us to be part of the community here!!!

    Difficult Interview

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cymer (Redmond, WA).

I received an email from the recruiter explaining the process and then a phone call for the first interview. When the coordinator called me to setup the full day interview loop I was expecting to come to campus but instead they set it up via Skype because the team was spread out all over the world. I had 5 interviews lasting 1 hour each over the course of the day. The first interview was the hardest. I was told I may have another optional interview scheduled for the following day (which I ended up having) and that interview was also difficult as it was the final interview for hiring.
