I have been working at Cymer full-time
An amazing opportunity to engage with all departments in the organization. The most rewarding benefits are that you truly learn the holistic functioning of all departments and have mentoring from directors and executives to develop your leadership and strategic thinking skill sets.
You own your own opportunity. Cons are ultimately yours to avoid or improve. I can't give any.
Advice to Management
Continue to engage and mentor Endeavors at a strategic level and encourage them to actively participate.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cymer in May 2015.
I had only one telephonic interview. It lasted for 15-20 minutes and was mainly asked about one of my previous projects ( as mentioned on Resume ).They asked a couple of technical questions in between in response to my explanation and was told that they would get back soon with their decision. After about 2 days, received the offer letter :)
