I have been working at Cyprexx full-time (More than a year)
Ability to grow with the company. They do a lot of promoting within. There is always change so you never get bored being in the same position or spot. Its always interesting. the management group are all pretty experienced in there positions and know whats going. There is no slacking. you either do what you're supposed or more. They do not tolerate others not working while others pick up the slack. Managers care about your needs and concerns and will do what they can to assist you and are family oriented so having to leave last minute due to a sick is ok as long as its minimal.
PTO is earned. I understand the background of it so employees are punctual and such but in the instance of having a baby, you don't have your PTO days up front and you cant earn PTO hours while out on FMLA.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Cyprexx (Brandon, FL).
It was a quick interview. They asked about 8 questions. I was nervous but it was not a high pressure situation. The panel of people were friendly. It was to the point.
