    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (Portland, OR) in April 2017.

    Interview

Within a week of submitting my application, I received an email from a recruiter at the national headquarters to set up a phone interview. She gave an overview of the foundation and the job and then asked some basic screening questions about skills and experience. The next day or so I was offered an in person interview with the Executive Director of my local office. The interview lasted about 1.5 hours and was more like a conversation than an interview.
